We try to ship all orders within 24-48 hours, though on some occasions it can take a bit longer. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the next Monday. Shipping charges are based on the speed of the shipping method you selected plus the weight of the items. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge. We are compulsive about packing carefully to avoid damage from normal handling. If a shipment is lost or damaged, refunds will be processed only after an insurance claim is filed (buyer may need to provide proof of damages to the shipper or return to me for inspection). Insurance is required and is included unless otherwise indicated.

Free Shipping, when offered, only applies within the 48 contiguous within the 48 contiguous United States. Additional charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or an APO. Priority Mail is required for these locations. Free shipping doesn't apply to international sales, which all require Express Mail international.

In order to offer the best products and values possible, some items are drop shipped directly from a distributor or manufacturer. We are even more careful when selecting suppliers to make sure their customer service is up to our own standards. Occasionally however, some items may experience short delays depending on inventory levels and order volumes.

Recycled Packaging
In keeping with our Whole Being, Whole Planet philosophy, we may reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of recycled materials when necessary.

USA Orders:
Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order trackable and insured. We prefer to use UPS, though sometimes may use Fedex or Priority Mail. UPS & Fedex do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. For security and liability reasons, all orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands must be shipped UPS Second Day Air. Items that state "Free shipping to the 48 USA states" do not include Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.

Canadian Orders:
Canadian orders are usually shipped USPS Priority Mail International. We don't offer Canada Standard Shipping due to high brokerage fees. Canada Express Shipping gets your package delivered sooner and brokerage fees are lower.

International Orders:
Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. is not responsible for these fees even if you do not accept the package. Please check with your own country's customs policies prior to ordering.

As a U.S. authorized dealer for several companies, I may not be authorized to ship European models internationally. In some cases I can ship US models world wide. In some cases I offer 220/240 volt European models. Please read each product description carefully to be sure of what you are buying since there are no Refunds or Exchanges on International sales. Honoring warranties on most international sales by an authorized US Dealer is at the discretion of the manufacturer & you may have to send the item to US for service at your own expense. Using a power converter may void some warranties. For shipments to Russia, you must use Express Mail International. It only costs a few dollars more but is needed to assure safe delivery directly to your address.

Most products feature my personal and exclusive 30-Day Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee.
The reason that I do this is because I want my customers to feel comfortable buying expensive juicers, blenders, water ionizers and dehydrators - I want you to learn to love these appiances and the health benefits you will experience. So I take this huge risk - for your health - because if you do return something it will cost me money! So the least you can do is to take that time to actually get to know and appreciate your new appliance. The only thing I ask is that you give it a fair trial! If you do that there won't be a restocking fee (though shipping is non-refundable). If you return the unit without giving it a fair trial (several weeks) you will incur a restocking fee.

Please call or email us before returning an item for the correct return address and if necessary an RMA number. Remember, it can take some time to learn to properly use and enjoy any new major appliance. You have a whole month to try your item, so please take all the time you need to learn about it and fully appreciate it before deciding to return it.

Satisfaction guarantees do not cover defective merchandise, which is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you are unsure about whether or not there is a defect or need help contacting the manufacturer let me know, otherwise please contact the manufacturer directly if you have a defective unit to arrange a repair or replacement. Guarantees do not cover loss or damage during shipping and do not apply to international buyers.

Pre-Orders, Advance Orders or Back Orders:  Occasionally an item is so popular that it sells out even before we get it in. To help my readers I offer a Pre-Order service so that you can get on the waiting list and assure yourself of getting the item as soon as possible. Delivery dates for future shipments are estimated as accurately as possible but are not guaranteed. By pre-ordering you get to the top of the waiting list for the best chance of actually being able to buy the item you want. You agree to waiting with the understanding that these items are currently backordered, that the delivery date is an estimate and that actual transoceanic shipping times can vary due to weather & customs. Please remember that this is the only way I can make sure my buyers can get one of these extremely popular items, so I am counting on you for your patience andunderstanding!


Pre-Approval Return Policy:
Please call or e-mail us for prior approval before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping (do not refuse delivery since most shippers charge more when you do that). Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after sixty (30) days.

Return Policy for Appliances (Juicers, Distillers, Dehydrators, Etc.):
There is a 10% restocking fee for items in new condition with the original warranty and packaging. Items in new condition but without the warranty and packaging may incurr a 20% restocking fee. Except for unconditional guarantees, there is no refund if the item has been used, worn, washed, or had any alterations unless otherwise indicated in an unconditional guarantee.

There are no refunds for damaged or broken items (we will attempt repairs and deduct the cost from refunds whenever possible). Original shipping costs including the value of free shipping and refused shipment charges are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item for an Exchange, there are no additional returns or exchanges on the second item, though it is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

All returned items must be in good, re-saleable condition. In general, damaged items are not accepted for returns. However, if a damaged item can be repaired, repair costs will be deducted from your refund. If a damaged item is not repairable there is no refund (the item will be returned to you upon request only).

Return Policy for Other Products (Supplements, raw food items, etc.):
Unopened and unused NON-PERISHABLE items may be returned within thirty days for any reason whatsoever. Simply enclose a brief note explaining how you would like your credit to be issued, to your charge card, store credit, or exchange. Be sure to get a Return Authorization since our return address is different dpending on what you are returning and when. If a return is sent to the generic return address on our shipping labels without an authorization yothere is a 20% retstocking fee to cover additional handling costs. General Returns Info:
Returns credited to a credit card or PayPal after 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Store credits will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If you select an exchange, please let us know which product you have chosen. Any difference will be given either as a store credit or charged to your credit card or PayPal account.

Opened food products are not returnable.
If you have a problem with any perishable food product, please contact customer service.

No substitutions will be accepted (looks the same but isn't what we sent). Shipping is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number.

Please bear in mind that, as a small business, refunds must be processed within the available PayPal cash flow. As soon as possible, usually within a few days, refunds will be credited to the buyer's PayPal account less shipping costs, so please be patient.

If you choose to return an item for an Exchange, there are no returns or exchanges on the second item, though it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. There are no returns or exchanges on international sales.
