Thai Coconut Soup
2 cups coconut water Blend all ingredients except for the last three. Then add the cilantro or parsley, and blend briefly, so it’s not entirely liquefied. Pour in a bowl. Add last two ingredients and mix well. Add more cayenne pepper if you desire the soup spicier. Serves 4. Extra Zinc Soup Blend all ingredients except spirulina flakes. Place in a bowl. If desired, add some spirulina flakes. Pumpkin seeds are one of the richest plant source of zinc, so this is why we called this soup extra zinc. Ultimate Gazpacho Blend. Place in a bowl. Add: All the vegetables should be chopped or diced very fine. Using a food processor works great for this. Mix the chopped vegetables with the ingredients that have been blended. Serve cold on a hot summer day, or any time! You can also garnish with summer flower petals. The Gazpacho is a traditional Spanish dish. |
